What is OptimPOS?
OptimPOS is cloud point of sale (POS) software for small and medium businesses. It brings sales, cash register, inventory, customers, staff, reports and appointment scheduling with automatic WhatsApp reminders together in one place. It is built by Codidea Software in Cali, Colombia.
What kind of businesses is OptimPOS for?
Stores and retail businesses that need to control sales and inventory, and service businesses that work with appointments: hair salons, barbershops, beauty salons, spas, aesthetic centers and clinics.
How do WhatsApp appointment reminders work?
When you book an appointment, OptimPOS sends the customer a WhatsApp message with the appointment details and, before the time, an automatic reminder. This reduces no-shows without your team having to message every customer.
Do I need to install anything to use OptimPOS?
No. OptimPOS runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and you can also install it as an app on your device. You only need an internet connection.
